After a week away from the computer and illustrating I’m back again …
Back to drawing and back to reality.
Ain’t this loaded fantasy cool or what?
Last week I’ve spent my vacation on IloIlo and the small islands of Palawan…. The pictures I’ll share later as we’ve spent our whole day at the airport as a chance passenger. My patience is now upgraded.
listen to the radio….

Tonight my cousin and I where on the bookstore buying sketchpad and masking…
And then another coincidence… One of my all time favorite band’s music was played… And so I listened to the radio… to all the songs I used to knooooow oh…. oh…
Coincidence? Or destiny or its just random.
I will end this post to give you girls and boys another thoughts to ponder? Does coincidence exists because of destiny? And vice versa? Or its just a figment of one’s imagination?
Oh and I’ll be spending my week in Palawan.
Quotes and thoughts…

Yesterday was one of the most inspiring and real turning point of things. It was presentation day.
Today I feel so overwhelmingly weird… I guess I just have this nervousness with me. I have to face the reality that I have to grow up, be serious and embrace this path I’ve chosen… The path of the road less traveled… Point is I’m just nervous and overwhelm on things especially now I have time to focus on the graphic novel.
Here’s some quotes:
If being sane is thinking there’s something wrong with being different, I’d rather be completely f*king mental!” (Angelina Jolie)
If you have faith the size of the mustard seed it can/will move a mountain- From the bible and Steve Job’s motto.
Like a dandruff from the hair and dust from the windows allow things to come naturally—> Redindygo’s current personal mantra.
They say when one has a fall back plan the tendency of it is to fall back. Here’s one of my fave videos from Wan.
Let me end this blog with a question I’ve found this on a site and wrote it on my diary as well:
Will you dare to hope for what is it that you truly want? What is it that you want to discover?
The holy week, coincidences and marathon shows
March 25, 2008 at 11:25 am | In Journal Stuff | No CommentsTags: culture, life, personal, random, thoughts, writing
Here in the Philippines Holy week is a tradition that’s always being observed and celebrated. I’ve spent my Maundy Thursday and black Saturday finishing up a painting and watching marathon shows of:

Coincidences:
Since the onset of December I’ve been seeing the numbers 11:11, 22:22 and 7-7777 and 5-5555. Coincidence or something grander? I believe in lots of stuff. 7 in numerolgy has got something to do with creation. 5-> I forgot the meaning and 11:11 the double digits…. The sign of the big change.
Its not really an issue, but its more of soul searching and re-membering. If one believes about the idea of forgetting consciously and be able to summon what one has deliberately chosen to forget….
Nuff said xP
I’m nervous for tomorrow…
Booksale and saturday stroll….

Yesterday my friend Dindi and I went to book store that sells good bargain books. What is it with Saturdays and malls? They spend their time shopping as if there’s no tomorrow… I find it weird… or maybe I’m the one who is weird…. Lol!
The good part is I’m able to find two books one about art the other is:

Its a nice book, I’m still reading jumping from one chapter to another coz some of the topic I’ve grown familiar with.
The celtic culture had been influential in plenty of ways from the native Indians of America—> Michael Tsarion an alternate historian ties up different ideas from his research and provides new perspectives on things
From the book it explained a celtic belief that says this reality/the physical universe is not all there is.
There is more than what meets the eye.
I believe there is….
How about you?
Its the burning itch…

I don’t know if someone will read this,
The burning itch, what is it? Its something that makes people excel and fuels people to turn water into wine, to move mountains and to dream the impossible and make it possible.
I have one right now.
this feeling of always being the outsider looking in.
My little demons, my skeletons in the closets don’t we all have one? They always remind me of my fears: fear of failing, of not being able to achieve what I’ve set out to do, of not meeting the people that I want to meet and most of all of not being able to fulfill my loaded fantasy.
So in a way, I can say that they are also my strength. As Bob Marley said: My fears are my strength.
Yes go on, expose your fears!

Writing with words
and painting through pictures…
what if we reverse them?
at this day and age despite we live in the worlds of pictures, symbols and abbreviated forms,
Can we now consider ourselves as symbol literates?
